Meet The Staff

The clinical staff at Mason-Dixon Endodontics are experienced, caring, and professional.

The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. They are well-versed in health insurance policies. They will help you to understand and maximize your insurance benefits.

Jeff – Business and Professional Relations Manager

Jeff is married to Dr. Yingling, and together they have operated and managed Mason-Dixon Endodontics since 2002. Jeff is the Business Manager and recently took on the role of our Professional Relations Manager to ensure our referring doctors and practices know they matter and that we are taking excellent care of their patients. Jeff was the flexible working parent over the years, but the Yingling’s three children are now independently mobile, so he is back in the office and on the road visiting offices. He is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and served in the Persian Gulf War. Jeff graduated from West Virginia University and earned his master’s degree at Webster University while stationed in Iceland. He was assigned to bases in Texas, North Carolina, and Iceland before he met Dr Yingling at Aviano AB, Italy. They have lived in Germany, Virginia, and DC prior to moving back to Central Pennsylvania, where Jeff was born and raised. He has volunteered for numerous organizations over the years, including the Gettysburg Youth Soccer Club, Gettysburg Warriors Athletic Booster Club, and Ski Liberty Mountain Safety. Make sure you wave to Jeff in the hallway – he will probably be on the phone!

Destinie – Office Manager

Destinie has been with the practice since 2019. She recently moved to Greencastle from Chambersburg and shares a home with her loving husband, two mischievous sons, four dogs, and a cat. She loves music and sings opera. A woman of many hats, you will see her at the front desk checking patients in and out, out and about at your general dentist office bringing gifts and goodies, and in the clinical area setting up rooms or even seating you and doing your intake x-rays! Give her a call in the office if you have any questions or concerns.

Karen – Insurance and Billing Specialist

Karen is from the Orrtanna area of Adams County and has 3 children. She currently lives with her daughter and her cat Speedy in the family homestead. When Karen isn’t in the office, she loves to play golf and spend time with her family. Karen has been with the practice for almost 19 years and has worked in every dental position in the office over the years. She works out of our Gettysburg office but serves as our insurance expert in both locations. If you have a question about your insurance plan or need help understanding a recent bill, give Karen a call.

Bianca – Lead Dental Assistant

Meet Bianca, our dedicated Clinical Lead Dental Assistant. Born and raised in Germany, Bianca spent several years traveling before her family made their home in Franklin County. Though relatively new to the dental field, she has developed a strong interest in Endodontics and brings a fresh perspective and eager curiosity to our practice. Bianca’s extensive background in management has shaped her into a confident and capable leader. Her organizational skills, clear communication, and calm demeanor make her an outstanding guide and support for our clinical team. Outside the office, Bianca enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers, Oakley and Gail. She also cherishes time at home with their newborn son, Mack, embracing all the joys of new motherhood. Her love for family, nature, and learning makes her a valued and inspiring member of our team.

Kelly – Expanded Functions dental assistant

Kelly is our Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and an essential part of our clinical team. Originally from Texas, she made Pennsylvania her home in 2007 and began her dental career in 2014. After discovering her passion for patient care, she advanced her training and became an EFDA in 2017. With more than a decade of experience, Kelly brings skill, compassion, and a calming chairside presence to every appointment. Outside the office, Kelly is a creative soul who enjoys crocheting new projects and getting lost in a good book on her Kindle. She shares her home with a lively little crew—her golden retriever, Chloe, her cat, Mittens, and a freshwater aquarium. Kelly lives in Shippensburg with her husband and three children.

Racheal – Dental Assistant

Racheal
Racheal lives in Waynesboro with her husband Jake and her son Brock, along with Axel the dog and Archie the cat. She loves paint nights, snowtubing, spending time with family and friends, and of course, shopping! Racheal and her husband love cars, and on a warm day, you may see her arriving in her gorgeous Corvette! Racheal has been in the dental field for many years, and her knowledge, warm smile, and friendly attitude will definitely make you feel at ease!

Stephanie – Dental assistant

Meet Stephanie, our newest dental assistant at Mason-Dixon Endodontics! Originally from the Altoona area, she moved to Saint Thomas with her boyfriend, Spencer, and brought her love of dentistry with her. She’s been assisting since 2018 and has always enjoyed the fresh, clean feeling of a dental visit—now she gets to help patients enjoy it, too! When she’s not in the office, Stephanie can be found at concerts, deep in reality TV drama, “doom scrolling” on her phone, or sneaking in a good nap. Thanksgiving is her all-time favorite holiday, and she’s hoping to complete her little family with a Shar-Pei someday soon.

Aimee – Sterilization Technician

Aimee joined our practice in September 2024 as a dedicated Sterilization Technician. She plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control, ensuring that all treatment rooms and instruments are thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for patient care. Her attention to detail and commitment to safety help keep our office running efficiently and smoothly. Outside the office, Aimee enjoys reading, solving word puzzles, and caring for her growing collection of houseplants. She also cherishes time spent with her many nieces, nephews, and her beloved dogs, Koda and Sadie. We’re grateful to have Aimee on our team, contributing daily to the quality and safety of our patient care environment.

Sara – Patient Coordinator

Sara brings a wealth of customer service experience to her role as Patient Coordinator, having spent many years as a restaurant manager. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others make her an invaluable part of the team. Known for her friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, Sara ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Sara enjoys quality time with her two kiddos, keeping busy with family adventures, and making lasting memories. A fun fact about Sara: she recently achieved a personal goal by completing her first 5K run!

Kay – Patient Coordinator

Kay joined our team in August 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of our practice. She grew up in a large family with many siblings and now resides in Chambersburg with her husband, Tyler. They are currently expecting their first child in November, and we’re thrilled to celebrate this exciting milestone with them. At home, Kay enjoys spending time with their four dogs and one particularly unique pet, a snake! In her free time, she loves playing billiards and has a deep passion for baton twirling. A fun fact: Kay has been a dedicated majorette for over 21 years, showcasing both her talent and commitment. Kay’s enthusiasm, warmth, and positive energy make her a wonderful part of our team and a favorite among both patients and colleagues.

GeorgeAnne  – Lead Patient Coordinator

We are pleased to welcome GeorgeAnne to our team as a Patient Coordinator. She brings with her a strong background in customer service, having worked extensively in both the food service industry and as a diamond sales expert for 15 years! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction make her a valuable addition to our practice. GeorgeAnne is DCA certified and possesses a unique blend of skills, including the use of loupes, not for dentistry but for diamond inspection. How cool! Her precision and care in all aspects of her work reflect her dedication to excellence. outside of the office, GeorgeAnne enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons. She values family deeply and brings that same warmth and compassion to her interactions with patients and colleagues alike.
